Yes! Our entire line of roses is guaranteed to maintain their beautiful appearance for over a year with minimum care, simply no water and no direct sunlight. 
How Do The Roses Last Over A Year?
Our preservation technique was mastered in the south of France through a rehydration process applied to each individual rose at its prime state. This allows our roses to maintain the beauty, softness, and suppleness of a freshly-cut flower for years.
Can I Customize My Arrangement?
Yes! We have an extensive color palette of roses for you to choose from, as well as a variety of different designs and arrangement patterns. Our Parisian-style boxes come in many different colors and material as well, allowing you to completely customize your own arrangement. Whether you want a velvet, silk-touch paper, or clear acrylic box, you’ll find something to suit your individual style. Can I Take The Flowers Out Of The Box?
No. Stern Roses are delicate, during the creation of each custom rose arrangement, the roses are meticulously placed within the box. Removing the roses will damage them and ruin the arrangement.
How Do I Care For Stern Roses?
It’s easy! Unlike normal roses which may require constant watering, a change of vases, and grooming of loose, wilted petals, our roses maintain their freshness and longevity for over a year without tedious and time-consuming maintenance, simply follow proper care instructions:
  • Stern flowers must be kept out of direct sunlight 
  • Keep out of humid environments and avoid water contact
  • Do not touch the flowers as they are highly sensitive 
Can I Schedule Delivery For A Specific Time And Date?
You can choose the exact date you wish for your arrangement to be delivered during the ordering process in the calendar provided under the personal message box. Orders within Miami can be handled by our courier service for same day deliveries.
The specific time of delivery is highly dependent on the courier and what the most optimal route for an area might be. As such, we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time, however we are here to help so if you do have a specific delivery time in mind simple call us at 1800 732 1901 once you have placed your order and we will do everything we can do have it deliver at your desired time. 
Specific delivery dates are unavailable for international orders.
Do You Ship Nationwide/Overseas?
Yes we do! We ship nationwide and world wide. Rates are automatically calculated at check out.
For international orders each individual country has different customs clearance policies and packages may be held in customs at the discretions of the respective customs agent. 
Is Same Day Delivery Available?
Yes! Same-day delivery is always available in Miami and free on all orders over $150 placed before 1 o'clock. For orders places after 1 o'clock delivery is also available same day through our VIP services for a $49 delivery surcharge. 

How Soon Will My Order Be Shipped? 
Soon! All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic delivery is guaranteed for the date specified at checkout provided there is not an issue with the shipping courier as we are not responsible for delays occurring during transit. 
If you have selected priority express (overnighted) as your shipping option the order will be processed and shipped out same day as long as the order has been placed before 3 o'clock  Eastern Standard Time.

All sales are final.
